Refund policy

We do not have a refund or exchange facility available because we follow a zero waste & made to order strategy. We ensure to follow a strict quality check process and make sure to provide our customers with the good quality products. Being a business with a made-to-order strategy, the products purchased on our website do not qualify for any return or exchange unless the product delivered is damaged, has manufacturing defects or the order sent has been incorrect. In this case, we will allow exchange. 

Exchange
The products purchased on our website do not qualify for any return or exchange unless the product delivered is damaged, has manufacturing defects or the order sent has been incorrect. 

We hold the sole discretion to determine whether your order qualifies for an exchange. Your purchase is eligible for exchange only if it meets the following conditions:
1.  An incorrect size or product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match with the ordered size/measurements given by you
2. If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect. Images will be required on mail.
If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please contact our care team within 48 hours of delivery with the following information: Order number &   specify the reason for exchange (wrong piece, defected piece, wrong size)

You may contact us via email at thesassproject.info@gmail.com. We will look into the issue and respond to you within 48 working hours during the week.. A reverse pick-up will be scheduled once the exchange has been accepted & we will ship a new piece. 

*The defective and/or damaged goods so received shall be communicated to us within 48 hours of its receipt on our email ID. Any communication received after 48 hours of delivery shall not qualify for an exchange. 
*Disclaimer: Actual product colour may sometimes vary due to screen settings. Differences in colour, printing and placement of the print are not considered defects, but are part of the intrinsic handmade nature of our products. This is what makes each piece special. We would not be considering these instances eligible for exchange.

International Orders
Please note that international orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

KINDLY NOTE: CANCELLATION REQUESTS WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED. Once an order is placed, we will not be able to make any changes to it or cancel it.
