Shipping policy

Shipping Timeline 

• Currently our dispatch is 7-15 days. Kindly place the order only if this timeline suits you. WE CANNOT EXPEDITE YOUR ORDER. 
  
  
• After dispatch, it would take 2-7 days in transit (approx). Once your order is shipped, you will get a mail from us & Whatsapp from Delhivery 24 to 48 hours after it is shipped with the tracking information. 
  
  
• Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and Public/other Holidays are not considered as working days for standard deliveries and we will not reply to queries on these days.
  
  
• There can be delays in different circumstances that are not controllable from our end. Order cancellation/refund requests will not be entertained.
  
  
• To ensure that the order reaches you in a good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed logistics companies like Delhivery & DTDC. 
  
  
• We will not be able to give you information about your order status until it's been packed from our end. Please wait for the dispatch email as we are a small team with limited staff members.
  
  

It is your responsibility to accept the package & if it is not accepted, we will charge for return & new shipping. 

Shipping Charges

We charge Rs.75 at checkout if your order value is below INR 2000. After that, we offer free shipping.

We do not offer COD.

We do not have a live tracking option available on the website but we request you to wait until your parcel is dispatched & you receive an email from us, within the above-mentioned time frame. Once your order is shipped, you will be notified with tracking details for you to track the order.

If your inquiry is urgent or there is a delay in delivery, please email us at thesassproject.info@gmail.com or DM us on our Instagram handle @sassproject and one of our team members will be in touch with you at the earliest. Please do not expect standard deliveries placed on the website to be delivered on urgent basis before getting a confirmation from us on mail/Instagram prior to placing an order here.

Custom Orders
In case you have provided your measurements while placing the order, there may be a slight delay from the standard shipping timeline. 

Express Orders/ Urgent Orders
Since we do not have an express shipping service on our website yet & your order request is urgent/customised, please reach out to us on Instagram & we will note down your order there & share express shipping charges. This option can not be opted for after the order is placed. You need to get a confirmation from us first.

International Shipping

Dispatch 5-8 business days, 5-7 days in transit post dispatch.
